This is a GIF that I created to celebrate the 2017 solar eclipse happening today. I live in Columbia, Missouri, which is a place of complete totality for the eclipse! It’s an exciting time and the town is buzzing with excitement and tourists. Hope that the weather holds out today so that we can see it.
The Beatles released the album Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band 50 years ago today in the USA, so I made this GIF to celebrate the occasion. I’ve always wanted to see the Beatles use those instruments that they are holding on the album cover, so I thought this might be a good exercise for my animation skills.
