This month I’ve been over-thinking a special project that I want to do for 24 hour comics day on October 2nd. I’ll hopefully share the completed project in a couple of months.
Update: I’ve reformatted the above graphic to make the 24 hour comic event poster. I based the design off of the 24 hour poster I did last year.
I decided to make a comic using sidewalk chalk for this year’s 24 hour comic day event put on by the Mid-Missouri Comics Collective. I used some pavement outside of the event location to draw 24 panels during the 24 hours.

I did the poster this year for the Columbia Missouri 24 hour comic day event happening this weekend. (Click on the image for a close up.) Come on over to the Artlandish Gallery and watch us draw some comics.
I decided to make an edible comic for this year’s 24 hour comic day event put on by the Mid-Missouri Comics Collective. To make the comic I used edible food decorator pens to draw on 24 burrito sized tortillas. I took photos of the tortillas as I finished drawing them, and I used the tortillas to make quesadillas to feed the other 24 hour comic day participants.
