This week’s illustration for the Colour Collective challenge with the color prompt of Dark Phthalo Green. I decided to give the Elf on the Shelf phenomenon a bit of a science fiction twist. [Note: This post is backdated to the twitter post date. Added to blog 03-01-18.]

Santa’s Phone
Here is an illustration for this week’s Colour Collective challenge with the color prompt of Scarlet. This is a gag that I could have hid in the background of a larger scene, but I thought it might be strong enough for its own illustration. [Note: This post is backdated to the twitter post date. Snowball Fight
White was the color prompt for this week’s Colour Collective challenge. Everybody loves making snow-people during the winter months, but I got to thinking it might be cool to make some cats and dogs as well. (Nobody said they had to get along though.)
Some sneaky folks organized behind the scenes for artists to draw a polar bear as an extra challenge to thank Penny Neville Lee who started Colour Collective earlier in the year. This is my polar bear that I posted a half hour before I posted my main cat & dog post above. [Note: This post is backdated to the twitter post date. Added to blog 03-01-18.]
Not A Creature Was Stirring
Here is an illustration for this week’s Colour Collective challenge with the color prompt of Myrtle Green. I got to thinking about what your Christmas tree does at night when everybody is asleep. [Note: This post is backdated to the twitter post date. Added to blog 03-01-18.]
Rudolph the Straight-Edge Reindeer
My entry for this week’s Colour Collective challenge with the color prompt of Cadmium Red. I had long been wanting to try my hand at doing an animated GIF, and this seemed like a rather simple one to start out with. [Note: This post is backdated to the twitter post date. Added to blog 03-01-18.]
Elf Dance Party
After being involved with Inktober 2014, I was intrigued by a new art challenge by Penny Neville-Lee called Illo Advent that appeared on twitter in December. I loved the little elves that she created, so I decided to do a little watercolor scene with them myself. [Note: This post is backdated to the twitter post date. Added to blog 03-01-18.]]
